It is in God’s loving presence where we find peace
And the raging torrent in our heart does cease
His promise is sure and he disappoints never
‘I will be with you now and forever.’
Right now I pray you will be very aware
Of the touch of his closeness helping you bear
The burden of suffering you carry today
For he cares for you and will your fears allay.
May his healing hands bring abundant relief
Giving strength, courage and trusting belief
Rest in his arms for he knows the way
To find, joy in his presence now and always.
